Soothing Coconut Body Lotion

Description

This light and super softening moisturizing lotion is made to provide your skin with a lovely protective barrier and is particularly good for sensitive or inflamed skin.

I have 3 different scents with different essential oils and an unscented option, this gives you a chance to pick what is best for your skin and your favourite scent.

The scented options are:

• Lavender and Pine – uplifting and refreshing

• Geranium, Lavender and Ylang-ylang – this floral scent is balancing and calming

• Patchouli and Geranium – grounding and balancing

About the plant oils in the lotion:

Almond Oil softens and smooths the skin. High in Vitamin D means it’s great for dry skin, as it slowly absorbs into the skin. Sweet Almond oil nourishes, rejuvenates and soothes dry skin and is rich in the antioxidant vitamin E to help protect our skin from UV damage.

Sunflower Oil has a pleasing aroma and is effortlessly absorbed when applied. It is rich in Omega 3 & 6, and large quantities of Vitamins A, D, and E. It is wholesome as well as conditioning for your skin it and helps to deal with dry, weathered, aged, and compromised skin. Sunflower oil is rich in oleic acid which is known for its moisturizing properties, as well as for its ability to heal wounds.

Coconut Oil This is a fantastic oil for all-around moisturizing and works as a great defensive layer. It is rich in lauric acid which is anti-inflammatory and makes an excellent moisturizer, and it is naturally antibacterial and has skin-soothing properties. Coconut Oil also helps to keep the moisture within your skin and helps with irritated or inflamed skin, leaving it soft and supple.

Overall, the oils in my Soothing Coconut Body Lotions are great for damaged, congested, tired and stressed skin.
